Born in Sanremo in 1967, Mr Viberti graduated in Business Administration at the University of Pavia and also has a Master of General Ledger, Financial Statements and Financial Control from the University of Pavia.

In 1995 he began his professional career as auditor at KPMG in Milan, where he became a Manager in 2002 and Senior Manager in 2005.

He was engaged as auditor on financial statements of companies operating on several industries: Information, Communications, Entertainment, Transportation, Construction and Public Utility; He was also involved in Due Diligence and Public Offering projects.

Professional qualifications: Italian Registered Auditor since 1998. Public Accountant since 1996.
